Position: Sr. Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

  1. Inventory

General responsibilities are accounting and internal reporting for all Balance Sheet and P&L accounts

  • Performs all assigned month-end duties and reporting schedule (Inventory & Purchasing periods opening and closing, GIT Reconciliation, Net Inventory Reconciliation, Inventory monthly JE’s).
  • Investigates variances between subledger and GL and provides guidance and/or resolution of reconciling items.
  • Assesses the appropriateness and accuracy of the Net Intercompany Profit-in-Inventory and elimination.
  • Approvals and coding for Miscellaneous Receipts and Issues.
  • Inventory flux analysis MoM and QoQ.
  • Works directly with both internal and external auditors on financial audits.
  • Supports annual physical inventory counts.
  • Match year-end hub balances against email confirmations provided by hub representatives.
  1. Capex

Mainly responsible for providing accurate and timely analysis of actuals and forecasts for Capex Reporting

  • Consolidate Global capex inputs, update CMS and reconcile Budget vs. Forecast.
  • Prepare Monthly Capex Cash Paid and Unpaid report.
  • Assignment and closure of SAP BCN completed.
  • Proactively provide guidance to different finance teams to drive insights and value into capex reporting.
  1. Other Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Play a pivotal role in the expansion of Corporate FP&A Center of Excellence in the Philippines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Participates in Next Generation S4 Hana activities.
  • Handles Blackline and SAC.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare other ad-hoc financial report/analysis as requested.
  • Participates in system and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accounting. Preferably CPA or equivalent related certification.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Financial Analyst.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change of priorities and work schedule.
  • Strong background in Cost and Financial Accounting from a manufacturing industry.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and with high level of integrity and work values.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and work well with all levels of employees.
  • Meticulous, strong team players have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact and work with internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
  • Working knowledge in ERP/Finance Systems (Oracle, SAP), advanced proficiency level in MS Excel.
