Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our profitable growth, leveraging advanced Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers and an omni-channel perspective to turn market complexity into sustainable results. Beyond the numbers, you will act as a key strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, championing financial discipline and rigorous ROI assessments to drive high-stakes decision-making. If you possess the CPG acumen to translate macro-industry insights into actionable financial strategy and have a passion for leading cross-functional teams toward shared success, we invite you to join us and lead the financial future of our VDC business.

Work visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

What you'll do

  • Strategic Planning & FP&A: Drive P&L health through end-to-end management of Budgets, LEs, and MREs, providing rigorous variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Business Strategy: Partner with Commercial teams to optimize account plans and promotional strategies, using data-driven insights to align initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Investment Optimization: Maximize margins by rigorously assessing total customer investments (GTN, COGS, A&P, NVO) and leveraging ROI/ROAS tools to improve plan performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Define and track key KPIs while collaborating with shared service centers to ensure streamlined A/R and A/P operations.
  • Governance & Compliance: Uphold financial integrity and SOX compliance through robust internal controls, while championing a culture of financial discipline across the organization.
  • Market & System Optimization: Maintain competitive market intelligence and leverage advanced technology to streamline workflows and eliminate redundant processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with significant focus on Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Sales Finance.
  • Deep expertise in trade spend management, digital margin analysis, and P&L management.
  • Specific experience in Omni-channel revenue management.
  • Experience leveraging cloud-based data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, or Sigma, AI) to drive process automation and eliminate non-value-added work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP/S4 Hana preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specific experience navigating the Value/Dollar channel dynamics.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA/CMA).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of presenting complex financial concepts to non-finance senior stakeholders.
