We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Finance Manager, Operations with strong finance and technology skills to join our finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across our global operations. This position partners closely with senior leadership across Finance, Operations, IT, and our Business Units to support strategic decision-making, track transformation benefits, and enable operational and digital change programs to achieve targeted outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong modeling skills, experience with manufacturing operations, cost accounting, and technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations FP&A & Business Partnership
• Act as finance partner for Operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, service delivery, or field operations (as applicable)
• Support operational leaders with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, linking financial outcomes to operational drivers
• Analyze operating costs, productivity, capacity utilization, labor efficiency, and cost variances
• Provide financial support for make/buy decisions, footprint optimization, capital investments, and continuous improvement initiatives

Process Improvement
• Lead finance efforts across operational planning and reporting, including:
◦ Driver-based forecasting tied to volume, throughput, and operational KPIs
◦ Standardization of operational cost models and performance metrics
◦ Automation of recurring reporting and variance analysis
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance ERP, EPM, and operational data integration
• Improve forecast accuracy through better assumptions, data governance, and collaboration with Operations

Data, Analytics & Operational Insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analysis linking financial performance to operational metrics (e.g., yield, scrap, downtime, throughput, service levels)
• Translate complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights for Ops leadership and executives
• Enable self-service analytics for operational leaders while maintaining financial rigor and controls

Financial Planning & Analysis
• Develop cost–benefit analysis, ROI models, and scenario planning for initiatives.
• Track actual vs. forecasted benefits, including efficiency gains, revenue uplift, and transformation costs.
• Provide monthly and quarterly performance reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (MBA/CPA, preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, business partnering, and transformation/change management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Planning Cloud EPM (EPBCS/PBCS) or similar planning platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience working with international teams and understanding global financial practices.
