1. AR Management
• Contact customers and follow up to collect payment. Inform customer about granted payment terms.
• Inform about overdue accounts and take actions in case of late payment.
• Ensure compliance with AR Management Policy.
• Update account receivable on SAP system as daily basis.
• Credit management – evaluate financials and processing Credit Application from customers (assisted by CTOS/RAM).
• Assigning credit terms and limits upon successful credit application.
• Sending monthly statement of accounts for dunning process and reminders where applicable.
• Check payment of customer from aging report to proceed for suspending of long overdue accounts by e-mail.
• To proceed unblocking deliveries when payment received.
• Annual review of credit terms and limit and deactivation of inactive customers.
2. AP Management
• Checking and processing invoices for payment to supplier and others utilities.
• Verify staff claims to ensure compliance with company policy before payment.
3. Credit Limit / Payment terms Management /Compliance Checks
• Perform financial background check of new customers.
• Assign credit limits & payment terms based on financial status of customer.
4. Administration
• Keep record & maintain Training request and visitor visit request
• Booking of air tickets and hotel in accordance to company policy
• Maintain visitor record.
• Handling with the user requirements; manage local IT support or arrange communication with relevant teams
5. Accounting & HR Reporting
• Reconcile outstanding balance ( external banks
• Preparing month end closing reports (Sales Report, Financial Statements, Gross margins, Bank Reconciliation and etc)
• Reporting in HFM / TM5
• Prepare Monthly HR MIS and training information
• Provide market segments report , gross margin report to Sales team on monthly basis
• Prepare report AR aging and month end closing to Finance director on monthly basis
• Prepare and check bank reconciliation report on monthly basis.
Has conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures typically acquired through a college or university degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent English skills required
Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts
