KenvueSupply Chain Finance is recruiting for a FINANCE SENIOR ANALYST – NORTH AMERICA DELIVER,locatedin São José dos Campos/SP.

Our goal is toprovidedeep business insights into transportation, warehousing, and customer service costs, drivingefficiencyand supportingKenvue’sjourney toward automated and faster reporting capabilities.
The Senior Analyst for North America Deliver Finance is a key partner in managing the financial health of the regionallogisticsnetwork. This role focuses on the Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting of Deliver costs (Freight, Distribution, and Logistics services). You willbe responsible forproviding actionable analytics to the North America Deliver Operations team, ensuring thatlogisticsspend is transparent,optimized, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Cost Management:Support the consolidation and reporting of North America logisticsexpenses, including Freight (Ocean, Road, Air) and Warehousing variances.
Logistics Variance Analysis (BVA):Perform detailed analysis of Actuals vs. Forecast/BP for Deliver costs, identifyingdrivers such as fuel surcharges, volume shifts, and lane rate fluctuations.
Cost-to-Serve Analytics:Partner with Operations to analyze "Cost-to-Serve" metrics, helping to identifyopportunities for network optimization and transportation efficiency.
Savings & CIP Tracking:Monitor and validateCost Improvement Projects (CIP) within the Deliver space, ensuring savings are accurately reflected in the financial results.
Forecast & BP Coordination:Manage the financial calendar for Deliver submissions, ensuring North America logisticsinputs areconsolidatedfor the Business Plan and forecast cycles.
Digital Transformation:Assistin the adoption of advanced technology solutions to automatelogisticsreporting and reduce manual data manipulation.
Compliance & Internal Controls:Ensure logisticsaccruals and financial processescomply withKenvue’sglobal policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications
Education:A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degreeisrequiredin Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management. MBA or Finance certification is a plus.
Experience and Skills:
Fluent in English;
Experience in Finance or Accounting;
Specific Experience:Previousexperience in Logistics/Deliver Financeor Supply Chain Finance is highly desirable;
Technical:Strong proficiencyin Excel and SAP isrequired Knowledge of OneStream and data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus;
Soft Skills:Ability to translate complex logisticsdata into financial insights and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
