Luminator is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician II to join our team.

As a frontline representative of Luminator, you will s erve as a Sub je ct Ma tter Exp ert in su ppo rt of the customer requirements and technical specifications, main tenan ce, a nd repa ir for a ll Lu min ator’s p ro duc ts to de liv er an e xce ptio nal cu sto mer se rv ice expe rie nce. T his ro le will advance the c ompa ny ’s tec hn ic al reso urc es th ro ugh p rov id ing ha nds on tech nical se rv ices wh ere needed as we ll as train ing o ther tech nicia ns that will res ult in the inc rea se o ur field ’s tech nical ab ilities. The po sition will also be the face for impleme nta tion a nd in stallation of p rodu cts ac ross the OEMs that Lu min ato r serves across a few locations The goal is to d rive s erv ice s ucc ess that impro ves c us tomer sa tisfa ctio n, max imiz es cu stomer re ten tion, and inc rea ses pro fitab ility.

Location: St. Cloud, MN.
Role requires 50%+ travel and schedule flexibility. The team member will rotate across four sites: St. Cloud, Crookston, Indiana, and Winnipeg, MB.

Essential Functions:

• Imp leme nt a nd assist with ins ta ll of new equ ipme nt on s ite with cu sto mers, pro vid ing them o n-site tra ining and suppo rt
•Sus tain pro ficie ncy in a ll produc ts and s erv ices th at the co mpany offe rs. Th is inc ludes sta ying cu rrent with ins talla tion s tanda rd metho do lo gies, eq uipme nt p ro toco l, and sa fe ty gu id elines.
•P rov ide on -site p re -start-u p, s tart-up, con trac ted s erv ice wo rk, warran ty, trou bles hoo ting, a nd training of L umina tor p ro duc ts, and ens ure equ ipment is o pe ration al and free of de fe cts.
