Job Description

As a Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. Your expertise and dedication will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our service operations.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our service operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the growth of our business by ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Core Activities

• Visit customer sites to install and set up systems.
  • Work on fire alarms, access control, CCTV, building management, and smart city systems.
    • Help with programming, testing, and commissioning of projects.
      • Make sure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
        • Solve technical issues and suggest cost‑effective solutions.
          • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors.
          • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate for Dial 112
• Should have knowledge of ICT/Data center related Like Networking, Servers and storage etc.
• Coordinate for DVM

Systems & Platforms

• FAS, ACS, CCTV, BMS, Third-party Integrations, Smart or Safe City Systems: Intelligent City Operations and Management Centre (ICOMC), Traffic Management System, Parking Management System, Smart Response and Incident Management System – VMS/ VA, ICT knowledge etc.

Span of Control--

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Knowledge of Smart/Safe City FAS, Access Control System, PAS, CCTV, BMS, with their integration requirements
• Advanced Network / PC certification
• Previous experience working with highly complex technical solutions
• Proven track record in a project design and engineering capacity involved in the delivery of technology-based projects
• Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment
