The Sr. Field Application Engineer (FAE) will be part of a growing, dynamic, highly-focused team responsible for developing new or existing opportunities in the global IT market. They will be required to work with customers from ground to executive-level, manage projects hand in hand with internal and external teams, and help grow the business whenever possible. Customer and solution focus, are two key factors for this position, as well as business continuity and support. The candidate must work with multiple departments to ensure new projects and existing projects are initiated or maintained towards customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Enterprise AI / HPC, accelerated computing, and complex infrastructure opportunities across the region.
  • Assist with end-to-end solution design, including compute, GPU platforms, storage, networking, rack-level architecture, power, cooling, and data center integration requirements.
  • Support technical sizing, BoM validation, configuration reviews, and solution documentation for strategic customer opportunities.
  • Participate in customer-facing technical meetings, workshops, design reviews, and clarification sessions with enterprise accounts, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support RFQ/RFP technical responses, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically accurate, compliant with customer requirements, and aligned with internal capabilities.
  • Coordinate with sales, product management, engineering, networking, thermal, services, logistics, and other internal teams to validate solution feasibility and execution readiness.
  • Help identify and manage technical risks during design, qualification, and execution follow-up phases.
  • Support post-award technical follow-up to ensure continuity between the proposed solution, customer expectations, and project execution.
  • Contribute to repeatable solution approaches, technical references, and best practices for Enterprise AI / HPC and complex infrastructure opportunities.
  • Increase regional technical scalability by enabling more strategic opportunities to be supported in parallel without compromising quality or customer responsiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, preferably covering servers, storage, networking, data center technologies, AI/HPC, or accelerated computing environments.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage complex technical discussions with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with accelerated computing platforms, high-density systems, advanced networking, liquid cooling, and data center integration is highly desirable.
  • Ability to support strategic opportunities from initial qualification and solution design through technical validation and execution follow-up.
  • Strong coordination skills, with the ability to work across sales, engineering, product management, services, logistics, and other internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customer meetings, partner engagements, project reviews, and strategic opportunities.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required.
