Your Responsibilities:

As a (Sr.) Expert Sales Processes (m/f/d), you will contribute your local and regional sales expertise to the continuous improvement of our Quote-to-Cash and Pre-Sales processes. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of sales processes and SAP-based solutions, you will support business stakeholders and project teams in maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing business processes, data structures, and CRM applications. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting global rollouts, deployments, and ongoing maintenance activities, contributing to the sustainable evolution of our SAP landscape.

Your Tasks:

  • Analyze, enhance, and optimize SAP Sales templates and localized solutions within the Quote-to-Cash process landscape, considering end-to-end business requirements.

  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and alignment sessions with Business Process Experts, Process Owners, and international stakeholders to drive process and solution improvements.

  • Consult business functions and contribute to the creation and review of functional specifications and solution designs for SAP Sales processes.

  • Prepare, execute, and support testing activities, data migration tasks, go-live preparations, and post-go-live support activities.

  • Develop and maintain training materials and conduct training sessions for key users and end users.

  • Provide Level 3 support within the SAP Center of Excellence, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Sales processes with related SAP modules such as MM, FI/CO, LE, GTS, Service, and EWM.

  • Contribute to international SAP rollout, implementation, and transformation projects while supporting the continuous enhancement of the global SAP template.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on Sales or Quote-to-Cash processes.

  • Several years of experience in ERP implementation projects and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (ECC and/or S/4HANA), ideally including customization knowledge.

  • Deep understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Quote-to-Cash processes and their implementation in SAP environments.

  • Experience working in international project environments and collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and vice versa.

  • Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Knowledge of SAP CRM, FSM, Jira, or Signavio is considered an advantage.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with a willingness to travel internationally.
