Senior Beverage Application Expert

As a Senior Beverage Application Expert, you will play a key role in developing beverage solutions that combine technical excellence, creativity, and customer focus. You will work closely with customers, commercial teams, and innovation partners to bring new concepts to life while ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities

• Develop beverage formulations based on industry standards and local market requirements.
• Select and evaluate flavor solutions that meet customer, application, legal, and cost requirements.
• Partner with customers through technical visits, product demonstrations, and application support.
• Manage project documentation, application briefs, laboratory records, and related administrative activities.
• Establish and maintain protocols for ingredient stability, flavor performance, and laboratory equipment usage.
• Conduct laboratory analyses and stability testing while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and ethical standards.

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Flavor Technology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in beverage application, flavor application, or beverage research and development.
• Strong technical knowledge of flavor application and beverage processing technologies.
• Experience operating and supporting beverage manufacturing or pilot-scale equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• A proactive, collaborative, and organized working style with strong communication skills.
