 Senior Executive – Sales & Services is responsible for B2B client acquisition, lead generation, and sales support. The role includes identifying potential clients, assisting in outreach, proposals, and presentations, maintaining CRM records, and supporting lead conversion. It also focuses on managing client relationships, handling queries, and ensuring smooth post-sales service to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  • Assist in first level outreach and presentations.
  • Coordinate with RH Sales to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Prepare sales activity and service delivery reports.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and client records.
  • Complete special projects assigned by RH Sales within timelines.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients.
  • Assist in first level outreach and presentations.
  • Coordinate with RH Sales to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
  • Identify cross selling and up selling opportunities under RH Sales guidance.

  • Assist in sales operations including proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Execute hiring related sales operations for assigned clients.
  • Support RH Sales in converting leads into accounts.
  • Provide B2B client services as per defined SLAs.
  • Execute client requests, issue resolution, and day to day service support.
  • Support post-sales operations for smooth client experience.
    

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in banking, IT, FMCG, telecom, or HR services.
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn lead generation, communication, and negotiation.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools and MIS reporting is an advantage.
