Opportunity: Senior Executive – Production Planning & Control

You ‘ll make a difference by

• Lead and oversee production planning and control activities, establish and monitor order execution milestones, ensuring timely completion in line with customer requirements, production plans, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, SPR, Material Management, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor production capacity, material availability, and operational priorities to support on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency through effective planning, problem-solving, and process optimization.

Your success is grounded in

• Strong foundation in Production Planning & Control, with practical knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of company policies, processes, and strategic business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance, employee engagement, motivation, and structured development initiatives for both staff and shop-floor workers.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, particularly under tight tender and order execution deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a strong interest in emerging technologies, manufacturing practices, and industry standards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Material Management, SPR, and other key stakeholders.
