Opening: Senior Maintenance Executive


We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Maintenance (Shift-Based) to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing plant and machine maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring maximum operational uptime while adhering to food safety and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement immediate, effective repairs to restore normal operations.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and company hygiene regulations to prevent product contamination.
• Inventory & Record Management: Manage critical spare parts inventory, maintain complete maintenance logs/records, and monitor equipment performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process or machinery improvements to enhance operational efficiency, equipment lifespan, and cost control.

Requirements:

• Education: BE or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine/plant maintenance and troubleshooting (preferably in a manufacturing/food production environment).
• Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, root-cause troubleshooting, GMP/HACCP standards, and spare parts management

 Work Timings: 8 am-5 pm
 Work Days: Monday- Saturday
Shifts: Rotational (Morning & Night)
 Work Mode: Onsite
 Location: Korangi, Karachi
