We are looking Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager – TPM Coordinatorat Endress+Hauser Flowtec India at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, Location

Education background.

  • Candidate must be –Bachelor of Mech/ Elect. Engineering from reputed institute

Awareness of Environment, Health, Safety and Energy requirements as IMS standards

Experience: (MUST HAVE)

  • Experience – 09 to 12 Yrs experience from industry like Automotive, Engineering, Electronics.
  • Conversant with (JIPM) TPM Methodology
  • Experiecnce of driving TPM and Coordination across the organization & reporting to Top Management
  • Supporting Pillars for Documentation

Experience: (NICE to HAVE)

  • Preferable– from JIPM TPM award-winning large-scale companies.
  • Preferable -Professional Certifications in TPM, LEAN and Operational excellence
  • Preferable -Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing lean and TPM initiatives.

Main Tasks:

  • Strategy Development: Being the part of Global team to develop and implement operational excellence strategies, TPM & LEAN and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaboration and coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions.
  • Training: Coordinate and execute training programs on operational excellence principles, lean principles, TPM practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of initiatives and report on the effectiveness of lean and TPM initiatives.
  • Documentation: Oversee the documentation and updating of processes to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and coordination: To work in harmony with colleagues / superior and facilitate team spirit within the company. TPM coordination with all pillar heads for JIPM certification and sustenance; Coordination with TPM and LEAN consultant(s).
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear
    communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and report status to stakeholders and
    management.
  • Lean and them-based focused improvement projects: Outline project roadmaps, break down tasks, allocate resources, and establish timelines; Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.
  • Training and Team formation: Identify training needs and coordinate trainings team members on lean processes and TPM methodologies; Managing the overall infrastructure and various training aids used for TPM and LEAN; Establish and guide teams within the organization.
  • Best Practices: Facilitate the deployment of best practices in project management and process optimization.
  • Resource Management: Prepare and manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.

  • Lean and TPM Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of Lean & TPM principles, tools, and techniques
  • Know-how about TQM and EFQM

  • Proficiency in using lean and TPM software tools
  • Leadership skills and interpersonal skills
  • Training and Coaching: Skills in training and coaching team members on Lean & TPM practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Data Analysis and documentation: Proficiency in data analysis to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions and change management and document the same clearly and accurately
