Sr. Executive Assistant for Product, Engineering, and Marketing

Location: Hybrid (Mountain View, CA office, 3 days/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a key operational partner and force multiplier to our R&D and Marketing C-suite leaders.

In this high-visibility role, you will manage executive operations across these three critical functions—acting as the central connective tissue that keeps our product roadmap, customer retention, and technical delivery aligned. You bring high emotional intelligence, flawless execution, and sharp business intuition to seamlessly manage complex executive calendars, balance competing departmental priorities, and ensure high-level decisions turn into coordinated action.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct C-Suite Operational Support: Partner directly with executive leaders to optimize their time, filter competing requests, and maintain focus on top company initiatives.
• Cross-Departmental Calendar Alignment: Masterfully manage complex, overlapping calendars across all three executive offices. Proactively resolve schedule conflicts, protect deep-work time for technical strategy, and prioritize critical cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Executive Cadence & Action Tracking: Spearhead the operational rhythm for these leaders—including product roadmap reviews, engineering architecture syncs, critical customer escalation calls, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Prepare briefing materials, capture strategic decisions, and drive follow-through across all three organizations.
• Leadership Offsites & Major Events: Own end-to-end planning and logistics for functional leadership offsites, department events, etc.
• Travel & Logistics Management: Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel itineraries for executives, including customer visits, engineering site syncs, and industry conferences, providing real-time support for last-minute itinerary adjustments.
• Strategic Connective Tissue: Serve as the trusted bridge between the executive offices, department staff, and external stakeholders. Build strong, trust-based relationships to keep communication flowing smoothly across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives, ideally in a high-growth enterprise software, database, or infrastructure company. Multi-executive support experience is strongly preferred.
• Technical & Product Operations Fluency: Expert proficiency in modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom) and comfort operating alongside product/engineering workflows (Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• High-Level Prioritization & Judgment: Ability to balance competing demands from three distinct executive offices, rapidly assess urgency, and make smart, context-driven decisions independently.
• Polished Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with a refined posture—equally comfortable engaging with enterprise client executives, principal engineers, and board members.
• Impeccable Discretion: Uncompromising integrity when handling sensitive product roadmaps, customer escalations, and executive decisions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary Range: $140,000 – $165,000
