Job Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and executing initiatives and activities to grow engagement with communities, especially with potential international partners.
  
• Developing, creating and maintaining high-quality, and engaging marketing content for a variety of channels, including newsletters, social media, website copy, and other marketing collaterals.
  
• Developing and creating publicity opportunities to promote to new audiences, including crafting media releases, speeches/presentations, corporate stories and media engagement.
• Organising and executing events and engagement opportunities with current and new potential users (e.g. roadshows, seminars, webinars etc.).
• Supporting day-to-day department operations, including management of minutes, reports, administrative duties, budgets and procurement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the center's communications and marketing activities, using data and analytics to inform future strategies and tactics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in the field of supercomputing, as well as emerging trends and best practices in communications and marketing.

Job Qualifications

• University Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to adapt, edit, summarise and present key communications for different audiences and channels.
• Excellent networking, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives, locally and abroad.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in organising meetings, events and conferences is an added bonus.
• Knowledge of Adobe creative suite or design/graphic skills is a plus.
• Good team player but with initiative and able to work independently when needed.
• Experience with the technology or scientific research sector is desirable.
