At Jack Morton we create head-turning, stomach-dropping, mind-boggling, smile-inducing brand experiences for everyone. It’s the future of marketing and there’s nothing passive or predictable about it. We promise every day will be different than the previous one in a very good way.

We take care of each other, as much as we take care of business. We marvel in each other’s uniqueness and revel in what each of us brings to the human potluck that is Jack.

So, if you want to help shape the future of an entire industry, welcome. If you feel work, and the people you work with, can be extraordinary, let’s chat. We’re Jack, and we can’t wait to meet you.

That brings us to you.

The Role

Jack Morton is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile brand experiences across the US and globally. You’ll own the end-to-end event lifecycle, from strategic planning and creative development to on-site execution and post-event evaluation. As a key member of our Client Delivery team, you’ll collaborate across account, creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure every event exceeds client expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead live and hybrid events, exhibitions, conferences, and experiential programs from concept to execution.

  • Translate client goals into compelling event strategies and experiences that engage audiences.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and production schedules; negotiate with venues, suppliers, and vendors for quality and value.

  • Oversee event logistics, including registration, travel, shipping, and on-site operations.

  • Serve as primary event lead on site, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

  • Track and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and identify account growth opportunities.

  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with agency and freelance partners to build strong, high-performing teams.

Who You Are

  • 6–8+ years managing complex live events, exhibitions, or experiential programs (agency experience a plus).

  • Experienced in leading projects from brief to execution across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

  • Strong communicator with client-facing skills, able to solve problems, manage expectations, and make decisions under pressure.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and competing timelines in fast-paced environments.

  • Comfortable managing national and global programs.

  • Sector experience in life sciences, technology, automotive, or B2B is a plus.

  • Knowledgeable about experiential trends, attendee engagement, and event technology solutions.

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CMP) are advantageous but not required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

  • Client-centric mindset with strong commercial awareness.

  • Collaborative leader capable of influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Problem-solver with operational excellence and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with event platforms, digital tools, and hybrid event techno

Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jack Morton and Genuine are equal opportunity employers; we strongly value diversity at our companies. We do not discriminate on race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

The salary range for this position is from $60,000 - $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
