Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, customization, and deployment of ERPNext systems to meet business requirements.
• Demonstrate a thorough grip on ERPNext, ensuring smooth functionality and optimized performance.
• Develop and integrate applications using Python and related technologies, including front-end components.
• Manage and develop C# .Net Applications for Windows environments, REST API integrations, and oAuth.
• Design and implement scalable and robust application architectures for various projects.
• Handle ERPNext system configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of systems.
• Independently resolve issues under tight deadlines and pressure, taking ownership of projects.
• Actively contribute to problem-solving, innovation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in ERPNext development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Python, front-end technologies, and ERPNext framework.
• Extensive hands-on experience in C# .Net Applications, REST API integrations, and oAuth protocols.
• Proven application architecture and system design skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently or as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet project deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
