Perform the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of engines, transmissions, and advanced systems of agricultural machinery and equipment, interpreting instruction manuals, assembly drawings, installation layouts, and other technical documentation. Prepare manufacturing processes by repairing, replacing, adjusting, and testing components, parts, and complete machines using appropriate instruments to ensure optimal functionality and performance. Receive, inspect, store, and distribute parts, materials, and products required for prototype development and engineering testing. Conduct routine inspections to assess the condition and operational status of mechanical equipment. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on machines, equipment, and associated accessories to ensure reliable and efficient operation. Perform assembly tests and oversee functional testing of prototypes, ensuring consistent and reliable performance throughout the evaluation period. Report issues identified during the validation phase with comprehensive and well structured information, enabling an accurate root cause analysis and supporting timely, data driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble prototypes in full compliance with engineering drawings and technical specifications, and execute laboratory and field tests in accordance with approved test requests and validation plans.
  • Conduct field validations in collaboration with agricultural producers to assess real world performance and reliability.
  • Perform welding activities and carry out necessary repairs on test equipment to ensure continuity, safety, and integrity of testing activities
  • Knowledge of planters products.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Achieve the technical course in the related area;
  • Experience in team work
  • Knowledge in technical drawing, Cre-o View, SAP and JDE;
