As a Senior Engineering Manager for Growth, you will lead a talented team of engineers focused on building, optimizing, and scaling the systems that power our growth initiatives across Hims & Hers, from acquisition and conversion to retention, performance, experimentation, and personalization across our digital experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in product, design, data, and marketing to deliver high-impact initiatives that drive measurable business results.
One of the core systems your team will own is GoFlow, the platform that powers Hims & Hers' entire patient journey, from medical intake through treatment selection and checkout. As a server-driven, node-based flow engine, GoFlow gives every vertical (Weight Loss, Sexual Health, Hormone Health, and more) a shared, reliable foundation to build on, while letting each team move fast with their own branded experience on top. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be a hands-on technical and people leader, driving the architecture, reliability, and developer experience of the system that sits at the center of nearly every customer's path to care, including cross-functional migrations, eligibility and checkout orchestration, and the platform's next-generation architecture.
