Job Title: Sr. Engineering Excellence Manager
Reports to: Sr Director, Quality Engineering and Engineering Excellence
Location: Los Angeles, California - Remote
The Role
As a Senior Engineering Excellence Manager, you will be a transformation partner and senior individual contributor, driving technology delivery, engineering rigor, and operational excellence across Deckers Brands. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Engineering Excellence & Quality to support large-scale transformation initiatives, mentor delivery leaders, and establish standards, metrics, and operating models that enable predictable, high-quality delivery at scale. Leading through influence, you’ll work alongside delivery and engineering leaders to raise maturity, especially in complex initiatives like cloud migration and modernization. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you champion quality, reliability, and automation-first practices.
