Star Services LLC is a leading engineering and construction company in Indonesia, providing a wide range of services to the oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Pipelines) to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As a Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Pipelines), you will be responsible for the design, construction, and commissioning of offshore pipelines. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful delivery of pipeline projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting feasibility studies and conceptual designs for offshore pipelines.
- Developing detailed engineering designs and specifications for pipeline systems.
- Utilizing pipeline engineering software to perform design calculations and simulations.
- Coordinating with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of pipeline materials.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Participating in project meetings and providing technical support to project managers.
- Preparing technical reports and documentation for project deliverables.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Offshore Pipeline Design & Construction.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Pipeline Engineering software.
- Experience with FEED/Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of pipeline projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
