What You Will Do

1.Lead development, optimization, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes.

2.Develop and optimize parameters. Drive prevention and resolution through systematic analysis. Support equipment selection, trials, and technical qualification.

3.Drive feasibility study, process concept design, prototyping. Act as technical owner for complex process issues and root cause resolution. Participated process improvement activities.

4.Collaborate with tooling, equipment, and automation teams on fixture concepts, tolerance stack-up, and ergonomic design. Evaluate and improve existing fixtures to support new process requirements.

5.Identify and evaluate manufacturing technologies aligned with business strategy. Drive process innovation initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and flexibility.

6.Work closely with PDE, Quality, Operations, Automation. Ensure smooth handover of new processes and fixtures to production teams.

7.Establish and maintain process standards, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer and best practice benchmarking.

8.Perform other related duties as assigned by management/ supervisor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or above in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or related engineering field

• 6+ years experience in manufacturing or process engineering in the production environment.

•Cable assembly experience preferred

•Experience in soldering / welding process development preferred

•Ability to perform engineering analyses & drive to root cause of processing problems with systematic methodology.

•Solid understanding of fixture/jig design principles and application.

•Strong experience in new process development.

•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a short-term basis.

•Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.

•Good communication on English preferred.

•GB Preferred.

•Excellent knowledge and execution of problem solving.
