  • Maintain BOMs, drawings, and product documentation within Oracle PD Cloud and PLM systems.
  • Apply lessons learned, field feedback, and operational data to improve product robustness and prevent recurrence of issues.

Compliance Engineering

  • Support third-party certification activities, including testing, documentation preparation, technical reviews, and agency submissions.
  • Work directly with certification organizations, laboratories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address compliance-related questions and findings.
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation including test plans, technical justifications, risk assessments, deviation analyses, and certification records.
  • Assist with product qualification testing, compliance investigations, and corrective-action activities.
  • Support environmental and material compliance requirements including RoHS, REACH, and other applicable regulations.
  • Serve as a compliance resource and mentor for engineering teams regarding standards interpretation and best practices.

  • Working knowledge of UL, IEC, CB Scheme, and related mechanical compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while leading complex technical initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated success collaborating across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience supporting data center racks, enclosures, power infrastructure, or telecommunications equipment.
  • Experience supporting seismic qualifications, structural certifications, and anchoring requirements.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes including sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining, coatings, and assembly operations.
  • Experience with environmental compliance requirements including RoHS, REACH, and material disclosure regulations.
  • Experience interfacing directly with certification agencies, test laboratories, suppliers, and customers.
  • Experience with automation and engineering productivity tools including iLogic, VB.NET, Python, C#, or C++.
  • Experience working within globally distributed engineering organizations.

What Will Make You Successful?
