DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Facilitates and provides expertise in the development ofdesign review,FMEA's, Control PlansandQualification Plans, Fool-proof design etc., in new product development and product changes.

Establish and update the quality documents ( QCP, inspection instruction, qualification plan, FII, etc. ) during products development
Review and approve the components PAPP and Buyoff / FAI reportfor new equipment, mold and fixtures etc., arrange process audit at supplier side if necessary.

Providecustomer required documentation relating(Approval sheet / PPAP)to customer acceptance of new products or product changes
Educate QC inspectors and operator on quality requirements and inspection control,provide the necessary training after updated quality document
Review process performance data and monitor safe launch inspection result, drive CFT Team for continuous improvement

Lead to deal with customer quality issues and complains per 8D process to prevent from issue re-occurrence, support the customer audit and quality improvement reviewing

Conduct LPA audit or onsite check to verify the implementation and summarize finding result todrive CFT for continuous improvement

Support MQA manager/Supervisor to implement and maintain the quality system to meets and exceed the requirements of IATF and customer's expectation, Perform other related duties as assigned by management
SCOPE:
Monitor all quality activities and drive quality improvement with zero defect target with cross function team from incoming to customer side for Automotive cable products
EDUCATION:
REQUIRED:
Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering
PREFERRED:
Electronics or Mechanical degree
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years experience as quality Engineers in Electrical products field
PREFERRED:
Working experience in connector or cable assembly products, Working experience in automotive Tier 1 or OEM
