What You Will Do

• 1.Ensure the accurate of SAP data (BOM/routing/packaging data…), and meet complement lead time.
• 2.Routing/ST monthly review and analysis: for Paid efficiency and labor efficiency is over 100% to take actions.
• 3.Work with cross team to meet the goals of IE in terms of productivity improvement, lean project cost saving.
• 4.Be responsible for new line setting up/Maintenance/line layout/Routing/line balancing/efficiency. Improvement/std time/scrap rate improvement/IE knowledge training.
• 5.Fully responsible for IE responsibilities in terms of quality & response time.
• 6.Quotation support for new project and provide the accurate process time to make our cost more competitive.
• 7.Implement the EHS related requirement in IE department.
• 8.Work center create and maintenance in SAP.
• 9.Related IE task support with Fusion launching.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 1.Bachelor Degree or above.
• 2.At least 6 years work experience with IE related, Have plant layout experience. Basic knowledge on IE skills.
• 3.Good communication skills.
• 4.Familiar with Kaizen/Lean improvement and layout design.
• 5.Have capex budget and capacity planning experience.
• 6.Be skillful in PC software, such as AutoCAD etc.
• 7.Have strong leadership & problem solving with PDCA.
