Sales Assistant – Sr. Engineer

As a Sales Assistant, you play a key role in how we present ourselves to clients and partners. You keep our tendering process running smoothly. You help us put our best work forward, every time.

What You'll Do

• Assist in preparing Expressions of Interest, prequalification files, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate document exchanges with partners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and update dashboards and CRM tools, including Salesforce.
• Format and finalize documents in Word, Excel, and PDF using Tractebel's templates.
• Organize key meetings such as Go/No-Go sessions, kick-offs, and offer reviews.
• Support the organization of reference documents, CVs, templates, and administrative files.
• Handle document registration, reproduction, dispatch, and archiving with accuracy.

What You Bring

• Experience in administration, business support, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong command of Word.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
