Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Engineer
to support engineering initiatives, equipment development, validation activities, and project execution within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving engineering solutions, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.


Requirements


  • Doctorate in Engineering or related field; or Master’s Degree in Engineering and 2 years of engineering experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 4 years of engineering experience.

  • Knowledge of packaging equipment and packaging operations.

  • Experience with new equipment design and process development.

  • Knowledge of engineering project management and execution.

  • Experience with equipment, process, and validation activities.

  • Experience within the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industry.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
