We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Java Full Stack development and exposure to AI‑assisted development techniques to design, develop, and enhance innovative healthcare technology solutions for our Front Line Care product portfolio. This role involves building scalable, secure, and high‑quality web and mobile applications that have a direct impact on patient care and clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, passionate about product development, and motivated by creating life‑saving health technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop end‑to‑end full stack solutions using Java and modern web technologies.
Define and implement software design requirements based on customer, clinical, and business needs.
Analyze and translate functional and non‑functional requirements into robust technical designs.
Contribute to the development and documentation of software system and application architectures.
Apply SDLC best practices, including Agile methodologies, coding standards, refactoring, unit testing, and overall testing strategies.
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions following software and product security principles.
Write, maintain, and review unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver solutions.
Leverage modern development practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and AI‑assisted development techniques.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
6–10 years of hands‑on software development experience in a product‑based company.
Strong expertise in Java and full stack application development.
Solid experience with modern front‑end and build technologies such as TypeScript, React, Kotlin, and Gradle.
Hands‑on experience with unit testing frameworks and test‑driven or test‑first development practices.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality solutions in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
Prior experience in the healthcare domain is a strong plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
Exposure to AI‑assisted development tools and techniques.
