We are a leading independent investment management firm, seeking a globally minded Generative AI Developer to join the Investment Data Layer Team. In this role, you will build reusable AI platform components and integrate GenAI solutions across enterprise data and business applications to drive value in Investments and Investment Risk. You will lead the design and implementation of a common semantic layer to improve data accessibility and consistency, and develop AI agents that support investment research, portfolio management, risk analysis, and distribution workflows. Collaborating closely with Investments, Research, Cloud, and technology teams, you will deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions aligned with Invesco’s investment strategy. The role emphasizes AI governance, observability, Spec-Driven Development, and continuous innovation. Candidates should have strong software engineering experience, hands-on expertise with generative and agentic AI, enterprise architecture, and integration patterns, preferably within financial services, and familiarity with AI platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, and Microsoft.
