We are currently seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer based in New Jersey (flex/remote worker) to support SBT project development throughout North America. In this capacity you will engage primarily in central plant design and optimization projects across our Public, Federal, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) markets to provide engineering support for our sales team. In addition, you will: use your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions; provide both external and internal consultations; help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training; foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs; and participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State (excluding most major metropolitan areas), and anywhere in Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Vermont, and Virginia is $141,000 - $177,000. For Washington, DC, and most major metropolitan areas in California, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, and Washington State, the annual base salary range is $162,000 - $203,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
