The Sr Endoluminal Market Development Manager drives market development activities during the pre-
commercialization phase of the Ion Endoluminal System. This role focuses on identifying and building
relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders within thoracic surgery and pulmonology, actively
guiding customers from the pre-commercial phase through to full portfolio commercialization. Additionally, the
Manager builds foundational organizational knowledge surrounding this new specialty to support future
innovations. By translating field insights, this leader helps internal departments understand the impact and
resources necessary for a successful launch and sustainable utilization. The ideal candidate must demonstrate
strong, collaborative leadership in a dynamic environment, partnering with global marketing, commercial
leadership, product management, and clinical engineering teams to generate physician and executive interest.
