The “ Senior Facilities Engineer” will be based in Shenzhen, reporting to Senior Facility Manager

Applies engineering values to design, modify or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.

What a typical day looks like:

• Research facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to define designs which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods. 调研设施类产品或设备的规格及性能要求，定义可由现有制造或加工设施与方法实现的设计方案。
• Research engineering proposals, process requirements and related technical data pertaining to industrial facilities machinery and equipment design. 研究工程方案、工艺要求以及与工业设施机械和设备设计相关的技术资料。
• Defines feasibility of designing new plant facilities equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning and other technical and economic factors. 在综合考虑成本、可用空间、时间限制、公司规划以及其他技术和经济因素的情况下，评估新建设施设备设计或现有设施改造的可行性。
• Provides technical facilities information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties and process advantages and limitations which affect long range plant and product engineering planning. 提供与制造或加工技术、材料特性、工艺优势及局限性相关的技术设施信息，为长期工厂和产品工程规划提供支持。
• Compiles and research facilities research data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment. 汇编并研究设施相关的研发数据，为新设计或改造后的设备建立性能标准。
• Studies engineering and technical publications to keep abreast of technical changes and developments in industry. 学习并跟踪工程及技术类出版物，及时了解行业内的技术变化和发展趋势。
• Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks. 使用计算机辅助工程（CAE）和设计（CAD）软件及相关设备完成工程任务。
• Guides projects and project teams. 指导项目及项目团队的开展与实施。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience and training. 优先要求工程类学士学位，或具有同等的工作经验与培训背景。
• Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience. 4–6 年 相关领域工作经验
• Matter Expertise in one or more of the following areas: clean rooms, Walk-in Coolers & Freezers, RO/DI Water systems, Waste Neutralization, Compressed gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, Process chillers and non-clean utilities. 在以下一个或多个领域具备专业能力（Subject Matter Expertise）： 洁净室（Clean Rooms）,步入式冷库与冷冻库（Walk‑in Coolers & Freezers）,RO/DI 纯水系统,废液中和系统（Waste Neutralization）,压缩气体分配系统,真空系统,工艺冷水机（Process Chillers）,非洁净公用工程（Non‑clean Utilities）
• Manufacturing plant construction in a cGMP industry; preferably in Medical Devices or Pharma. 具备 cGMP 行业 制造工厂建设经验，优先考虑医疗器械或制药行业背景。

• Facilities Engineering construction activity at MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) discipline. 具备设施工程建设经验，涵盖 MEP（机械、电气和工艺） 专业领域。
• Fault/Root Cause Analysis and Review (FRACAS). 具备故障分析 / 根本原因分析与评审经验（FRACAS）。
• Utilities (steam, cooling media, heating media, water systems, compressed air). 熟悉各类公用工程系统，包括：蒸汽、冷却介质、加热介质、水系统及压缩空气系统。
