Tesla is seeking an ambitious EHS Engineer to support our Energy and Charging Design and Engineering organizations. In this role, you will identify and assess environmental, health, and safety risks across Energy and Charging products — and champion the design changes that eliminate them. You will serve as the dedicated EHS point of contact for the product teams you support, owning risk identification, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of EHS outcomes from concept, launch, install, service and end of life.
Applying first principles thinking and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), you will build genuine safety ownership within the teams and individuals you partner with. Working alongside the Energy Tooling Team, Service Engineering, and cross-functional design and engineering stakeholders, you will drive innovative, practical EHS solutions from idea to implementation.
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
