About the role

The work scope of the position is the engineering development of commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) and building power electronics equipment software.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sr E&E Control Eng, you’ll be responsible for:

• Responsible the power electronics software development.
• Motor control algorithm development. It includes IM/PM motor vector control, parameters auto-tuning, field weakening control.
• power electronics algorithm development. It includes DC/DC buck and boost control, 1-ph/3-ph PFC control.
• Responsible inverter application software function development. It includes logic control, state machine, bus communication.
• Familiar with Matlab/PSIM simulation for power electronics algorithm development. It also include MBD design, MIL simulation testing.
• Strong at control theory, such as automatic control theory and modern control theory. Familiar to design observer, digital filter, use bode diagram for performance analysis.
• Good skill use C/C++ code for embedded software development.
• Guide and cultivate technical growth of young engineers.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Electronics Engineering, Electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, etc.
• More than 5 years power electronics software development or related experience
