Job Description

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

Senior Manager, EDT Product Manager, Global Labeling Solutions

The Product Manager, Global Labeling Solutions owns the end-to-end lifecycle of the enterprise labeling capabilities that enable compliant, accurate, scalable, reliable, and efficient label design, approval, content management, and printing across global manufacturing and distribution operations. This role translates customer needs, business goals, and regulatory expectations into a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes that advance design control, change management, global product data governance, and digital thread capabilities. The Product Manager will operate with a “mini-CEO” mindset—customer-obsessed, data-driven, and accountable for decisions, trade-offs, value realization, adoption, total cost of ownership, and delivery results.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise labeling capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, manufacturing needs, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization through delivery, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Digital Technology to translate business needs into scalable labeling solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, compliance requirements, and operational priorities while driving informed trade-off decisions.
  • Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert for Loftware Cloud and/or Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials, overseeing capabilities including label design, content and template management, workflow automation, print execution, auditability, and validation readiness.
  • Lead the design and evolution of integrations between labeling platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, clinical supply, and master data systems) to enable accurate, data-driven label generation and printing.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for labeling processes, templates, translations, version control, access management, change control, release management, and lifecycle support in a regulated environment.
  • Ensure labeling solutions meet global compliance and quality standards, including UDI, MDR, GxP, validation requirements, audit readiness, traceability, and electronic records/signatures regulations.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and adoption initiatives to enable successful deployment and long-term business value realization across global teams.
  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry developments to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, operational efficiency, and enhanced user experience.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred), with 10–12+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, or enterprise application delivery within regulated industries.
  • Proven expertise with Loftware Cloud and/or Loftware Cloud Clinical Trials, including label design, template and content management, approval workflows, print management, auditability, and validation-ready platform capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise labeling ecosystems and integrations with business-critical platforms such as ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, clinical supply, and master data systems.
  • Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing investments, and delivering complex technology solutions that balance business value, user experience, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of MedTech, life sciences, or other regulated environments, including GxP, UDI, MDR, validation, traceability, audit readiness, and electronic records/signatures requirements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and achieve alignment across global matrix organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, using data, customer insights, and product metrics to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and continuously improve platform adoption and effectiveness.
  • Experience managing external vendors, implementation partners, and consultants, coupled with an ownership mindset, customer focus, and passion for driving innovation and operational excellence through enterprise labeling solutions.
