Job Title: Senior EDI Business Analyst

Location: Pune and Bangalore

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior EDI Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pune or Bangalore. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing electronic data interchange (EDI) systems and processes, ensuring seamless data integration across partners and internal systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of EDI protocols and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage EDI transactions, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange with trading partners.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications for EDI solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the integrity and security of EDI data transmissions.
• Coordinate with trading partners to onboard new integrations, including testing and deploying EDI mappings.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for EDI processes and systems.
• Provide expert-level support to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues promptly while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in EDI operations or business analysis.
• Proficiency in EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize system workflows to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and integration tools.
