Overview

Based in the Philippines, the Senior E-commerce Specialist drives the day-to-day execution and performance of the online business across key E-commerce platforms. The role takes ownership of trading activities, campaign readiness, platform accuracy, performance analysis, and operational issue resolution, translating commercial plans into timely and effective execution. Working closely with the E-commerce Manager, enablers, and cross-functional teams, this role identifies opportunities, recommends actions, and helps improve sales, conversion, customer experience, and overall platform health.

What You'll Do

  • Own daily E-commerce trading and execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or DTC platforms
  • Lead day-to-day coordination with the E-commerce enabler, setting priorities, monitoring delivery, and driving timely issue resolution
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, vouchers, pricing, and content updates in line with commercial objectives
  • Ensure product listings, content, images, pricing, availability, and brand presentation are accurate and optimized across platforms
  • Lead execution readiness for mega campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, Payday, Brand Days), including timelines, mechanics, stock alignment, and post-campaign review
  • Monitor platform performance, including sales, traffic, conversion, campaign effectiveness, ratings, and store health, and recommend corrective actions
  • Analyze inventory availability, sales trends, and fulfilment risks, escalating issues and recommending actions to protect sales
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for the E-commerce Manager, highlighting risks, opportunities, and proposed next steps
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Merchandising, and the enabler to improve execution, resolve platform or order issues, and strengthen the online customer experience

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce operations, marketplace management, digital commerce, or a related field
  • Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and/or Lazada; DTC platform experience is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience managing E-commerce enablers or agencies and holding partners accountable for delivery
  • Good commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance data and translate findings into actions
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SAP or other ERP exposure is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and improvement-oriented, with the confidence to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and follow through on execution
