Job Description

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – 120,000 and bonus opportunity

This is how you WOW:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision and business plan for Kärcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces
  • Drive Revenue: Establish and deliver ambitious sales goals, utilizing data-driven strategies to increase Month-over-Month revenue
  • Optimize Visibility: Partner with content teams to implement SEO-optimized product descriptions and leverage keyword research to maximize organic search rankings
  • Manage Performance: Oversee departmental budgets and monitor ROAS as the primary metric for marketing efficiency and profitable growth
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain healthy account status by tracking inventory, reviews, and compliance while executing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • Experience: 5+ years of directly relevant experience successfully managing Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and other e-commerce platforms
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional data analysis skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and experience with AMVisor or Profitero programs
  • Leadership: A track record of leading projects with minimal supervision and experience mentoring direct reports
