Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • The E-Commerce KA Lead is responsible for the management of EC Key Account Self-Run business (Jingdong Health) to ensure the channel strategy is fully implemented.
  • Conduct, communicate /negotiate annual sales plan with Platform with collaborations with trade marketing team and brand team with a Joint Business Plan on an annual base. Responsible to achieve the Company targets and growth by developing sales and promotion strategies for the EC Key accounts ensuring all trade terms, channel costs and expensed are within budget.
  • Interface with Key account counter parties in the platform with Purchasing/Operation understand and interpret business requirement well and manage client’s expectations through negotiation skills achieving the desired trade terms.
  • Build sell-in and offtake forecast mechanism by client for the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecast.
  • To learn and understand the consumer information from the EC- key accounts to propose service improvements and detect opportunities to increase the product portfolio, price points and promotional offer to satisfy consumer needs.
  • Develop the promotion calendar and schemes for the growth required in the e-accounts working with Marketing and Trade marketing to ensure effective implementation.
  • Good business insight on relevant expenditure management to ensure the Return on In-vestment (ROI) efficiency level. Identify business opportunities and develop plan with multi functions to realize business opportunities.
  • Offer professional recommendation on potential new platforms to find our new opportunities, drive new platforms development through relevant supports from internal teams. Monitor and maximize total platform organon business including POP stores

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in commercial, business management, IT or pharmaceutical engineering or other relevant area.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in e-commerce Key Account (KA) management.
  • Possess strong business acumen to identify strategic partnership opportunities with e-commerce KA platforms
  • Uncover business growth points, and ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
