Job Description

Job Title: Document Controller (EPC Industry)

Location: Taiwan


We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation for EPC projects in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, maintaining, and controlling project documents using EDMS systems while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track, and control project documents using EDMS systems/techniques
  • Ensure proper document classification, organization, and retrieval for project teams.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute technical and administrative documents.
  • Maintain document version control and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors for document submissions.
  • Ensure timely processing and archiving of documents for project handover.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the EPC industry
  • Proficient in EDMS systems and document control techniques
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Availability in Taiwan; Immediate joiners preferred.
