This role isn’t just dispatching—it’s a fast-track into leadership

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Dispatch and support a team of up to 40 drivers
• Act as the communication hub between drivers, vendors, and leadership
• Adjust routes in real-time to improve efficiency
• Problem-solve issues on the road (delays, equipment, etc.)
• Track performance metrics and help drive results

💰 Compensation:$55,000 – $65,000

📅 Monday–Friday | 7am–5pm
