This role reports to Alex Lichter, VP EMEA Flavors.

The platform brings together complementary capabilities across flavours, seasonings, sauces, and functional systems, alongside ADM’s broader portfolio in nutrition ingredients. A central focus of the role is the successful integration, optimisation, and further development of the TNS and FDL footprint, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and consistent value delivery.

  • Strengthen and develop the regional footprint, including manufacturing, supply chain, and innovation capabilities, to support scalability and future growth.
  • Partner with Creation, Design & Development (CD&D) and Product Management and Sales at destination to deliver differentiated, application-led solutions relevant to regional and export markets.
  • Continuously optimise the portfolio to improve profitability, reduce complexity, and enhance strategic focus.
  • Sponsor and support investment cases, capacity expansion, and capability-building initiatives aligned with growth and performance objectives.
  • Lead through influence across a matrix organisation, ensuring alignment and execution across functions, sites, and regions.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance innovation, operational feasibility, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrix organisation, without direct line authority.
