As a Senior Director of Commercial Transformation here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing strategic programs for the Commercial organization You will be accountable for overseeing program activities, ensuring the successful delivery of programs, and providing guidance to the Commercial Leadership Team. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. The main focus of this role will be to lead Program Management for our Commercial transformations in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience. You will also lead the annual Strategic Planning and Annual Operating Plan Processes.
In this role, you will impact program success, strategic alignment, efficiency, risk management, resource allocation, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, cross-program collaboration, communication, issue resolution, data thoughtfulness, process optimization, innovation, and mentoring. You are instrumental in ensuring that programs drive the organization's success, contribute to its performance-driven, and facilitate its long-term strategic unbiased.
