• Coach, hire, and develop high-performing product leaders; create a culture of customer focus, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Do You Have
• College degree and 12+ years professional level experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or 16+ years professional level related experience with 4-6 years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management (discovery, roadmap, launch, adoption, optimization) and modern delivery practices (Agile/Lean as applicable).
• Experience owning or influencing CPE/device ecosystems (routers, gateways, Wi Fi, ONTs) and hardware-enabled services.
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs and technology partners/vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven approach (revenue, adoption, churn, margin, attach rates, activation, customer experience metrics).
