Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Strategic Pricing & Price-to-Win is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide pricing strategies that support IDEMIA Justice & Public Safety North America's growth, profitability, and market leadership objectives. This role serves as the organization's strategic authority on pricing, revenue optimization, and competitive bid strategy, ensuring pricing decisions align with corporate objectives, market dynamics, customer value, and competitive positioning.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in strategic pricing, revenue growth management (RGM), and Price-to-Win methodologies, with a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable pricing strategies. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive profitable growth across existing and emerging product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of pricing strategies that maximize revenue growth, profitability, and customer value across the JPSNA portfolio.
  • Establish and lead the organization's Price-to-Win (PTW) capability, developing competitive pricing strategies that increase win rates while maintaining targeted financial outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and Finance to evaluate market opportunities, customer value drivers, competitive positioning, and pricing approaches for new and existing offerings.
  • Conduct market research and customer value assessments to inform new product pricing strategies and determine customer willingness-to-pay across target segments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide strategic insights into market trends, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for revenue and margin improvement.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain pricing models, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks that support data-driven pricing and bid decisions.
  • Create and implement standardized pricing governance, methodologies, and processes that promote consistency, scalability, and business discipline across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between pricing strategies, business objectives, and customer needs.
  • Champion Revenue Growth Management (RGM) principles and best practices, driving organizational capability development and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while cultivating expertise in pricing strategy, competitive intelligence, and Price-to-Win methodologies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic pricing, Price-to-Win, revenue growth management, bid strategy, or related commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive both revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Strong understanding of competitive bidding, pricing governance, and Price-to-Win methodologies, preferably within complex B2G or government contracting environments.
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Federal market, government contracting, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with pricing models, financial analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to translate analytical insights into practical business strategies, frameworks, and repeatable processes.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
