This strategic role is part of the North Supply Chain People Team within MDLZ’s North America region, partnering with the SVP of U.S. Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L), to lead the People agenda across organization, talent, capabilities, culture, and labor relations. The U.S. CS&L organization is comprised of 4 functions: Planning (Demand, Supply, IBP, S&OE); Logistics & Direct Store Delivery (including a frontline hourly population across multiple distribution sites); Order to Cash; and CS&L PMO & Governance. The remit of this role includes hourly frontline employees, including a unionized population. This role will lead through a significant transformation agenda across the business and culture. Role must be based in our North America HQ in East Hanover NJ. In office presence expectation is 3 days a week. Travel 25-30% based on business needs.
The base salary range for this position is $174,100 to $287,265; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
