Job Description

At The Coca-Cola Company, we believe that our people are the key to our success. With a rich history spanning over 136 years, we have cultivated a vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic culture that drives our global leadership in the beverage industry. We are currently seeking a People Director to join our team. This role is not just about implementing strategies; it's about shaping the heart of our company. We're looking for a passionate leader who can enhance our employee experience, foster our diverse and inclusive culture, and contribute to our strategic business goals. If you're excited about making a meaningful impact and transforming the way we work, we would love to hear from you.

The HR Business Partner serves as the face of HR to leaders, managers, and associates within the Food Services On-Premise (FSOP) function in the North America Operating Unit. This role provides strategic partnership and consulting to a designated client group—building organizational capability, developing talent, and enabling the right leadership and culture to drive business growth.

In this environment, that impact is especially critical. We’re looking for someone with a deep, nuanced understanding of the customer landscape—across both regional and national players—who has been close enough to the work to truly understand how the market moves. This leader should bring a sharp, dynamic perspective and elevate how they partner with leaders and teams to drive results.
