The Senior Director, Partnerships is a senior, quota-carrying revenue leader responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities across BMI's portfolio of live events, industry programs, digital platforms, and creator-driven initiatives. As the leading performing rights organization championing songwriters, composers, and music publishers, BMI offers unique access to the artists and moments that shape culture — and this role is central to monetizing that access through brand partnerships.
This role is accountable for building a consistent pipeline of mid- to high-value partnerships and delivering against defined revenue targets. Each Senior Director focuses on designated industry verticals (e.g., financial services and technology, automotive/consumer, beverage/spirits/Latin markets), developing deep expertise and relationships within those categories. The role plays a critical part in scaling BMI's sponsorship business through proactive business development, disciplined pipeline management, and effective deal execution.

Skills and Abilities:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000–$180,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual commission target based on individual revenue performance. Actual base salary offered will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for additional incentives, benefits, and other forms of compensation as part of BMI's total rewards package.
