At GT Independence, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are a mission‑driven organization dedicated to helping individuals live independently through self‑directed home and community‑based care. Recognized nationally as a great place to work, we foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning—where leaders are empowered to make a meaningful impact every day.
The Senior Director of Operations is a high‑impact national leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, service quality, and sustainable growth across multiple states and regions. This role provides strategic oversight for complex, highly regulated operations within GT Independence’s fiscal intermediary and self‑direction programs, while leading and developing regional Directors of Operations and senior leaders.
Partnering closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, the Senior Director ensures consistent service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability while supporting the organization’s long‑term strategic goals.

GT Independence is a national, family‑owned organization supporting thousands of individuals across the U.S. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, flexible time off, and opportunities for growth—along with the chance to be part of meaningful work that truly changes lives.

GT Independence is a national leader in financial management (FMS) services, built by a family, for families. We started out as a single family, and we've grown into a national company that serves tens of thousands of people across the United States.
But we haven’t forgotten our roots. GT is still a family-owned company—and we’re also a disability-owned and led organization that understands daily life with disabilities and long-term care needs. Our foundation is on the beliefs of inclusion, respect, and family.
GT's mission: To help people live a life of their choosing regardless of age or ability.
